Returns and Refunds

Everything sold by Cosmic Kamya is a consecrated object, blessed by hand in a specific temple on a specific day. For that reason, and for reasons of hygiene, our items are final sale.

Kumkum

Kumkum is a natural cosmetic powder applied directly to the skin, sent sealed in pure cloth. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds are exempt from the right to cancel once unsealed. Opened kumkum cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Rudraksh

A mala that has been worn cannot be returned.

Unopened orders

If an item is still sealed and unworn, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery by emailing namaste@cosmickamya.com with your order number, and return it within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is at your cost and must be tracked. We refund within 14 days of receiving it back.

Damaged or not as described

We will always put this right. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace or refund in full, including postage. Every order is posted tracked; a parcel confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Not grounds for a return

These are sacred objects, not guaranteed outcomes. A difference between your expectation and your experience is not a fault in the item.

Rudraksh beads are seeds and each differs in size, colour and marking. Kumkum is handmade from natural material and its shade varies between batches. This is the nature of what you are buying.
