Every order is posted tracked from England.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 7 days of being placed. Each piece is prepared by hand before it is sent, which is why we do not ship same-day.

Around major festival dates the temples and the post are both slower. If a delay is expected, it will be stated on the product page and you will be emailed with your order.

Delivery times

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from the order date, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs can add time we do not control.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and handling fees on delivery. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance or refund them.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the item but not the cost of return.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been dispatched, and we are not able to replace an order sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost parcels

Every order is tracked. If tracking shows a parcel has not moved for an extended period, or it is confirmed lost in transit, email us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you in full.
